Pataudi: Man run over by vehicle hit by bull, dies
Gurugram: A man was killed in an accident on Gurugram Road in Pataudi on Saturday night
Gurugram: A man was killed in an accident on Gurugram Road in Pataudi on Saturday night. Krishna Kumar (35) was returning home to Janaula village after closing his mobile phone showroom in Pataudi main market when a bull came on the road and hit him. Kumar fell from his motorbike and was run over by an incoming vehicle, police said on Monday.

He was rushed to the Community Health Centre (CHC) in Pataudi but was declared dead on arrival. Kumar sustained multiple injuries to his head and succumbed to excessive bleeding. Staff at the health centre contacted the police and reported the incident.
Kumar’s uncle, Chandra Singh, registered an FIR against unidentified drivers under sections 279 (rash driving) and 304A (causing death by negligence) of the Indian Penal Code at Pataudi police station on Sunday morning.
“He lay bleeding on the road for more than half an hour. Had anyone come to his help, or rushed him to a hospital on time, informing the police or family members, Kumar might have been alive. The delay in getting timely treatment proved fatal for him,” Singh alleged.
According to him, Kumar’s cousin, Trilok, was returning home via the same route when he spotted him lying on the road.
“Trilok informed us and rushed him to the CHC, but it was too late,” Singh said.
Rajesh Deepak, assistant sub-inspector of police, who is investigating the case, said that Kumar was not wearing a helmet. “A bull had suddenly come on the road which was the main cause of the accident,” he informed.

In another incident, a man was killed after a speeding car rammed into an autorickshaw head-on in Gurugram. The mishap occurred on the Sohna Road service lane, near the Iskcon temple at Badshahpur, at around 6am on Sunday.
According to police, the autorickshaw rolled over after the collision with five people inside. All of them were rushed to different hospitals. Three of the injured are still undergoing treatment at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi.
The deceased, Ravinder Kumar (41), was travelling to Badshahpur from his village Naya Gaon at the time of the accident.
Ravinder was taken to Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre in Delhi and died around 11.15am on Sunday.
Ravinder’s brother, Surender Kumar, filed a complaint at Badshahpur police station on Sunday night. An FIR has been registered against the car driver under sections 279 (rash driving), 304A (causing death by negligence) and 337 (acting rashly or negligently as to endanger human life or personal safety of others) of the Indian Penal Code.
Inspector Sandeep Kumar, station house officer, Badshahpur police station, said the car driver also sustained injuries from the accident. “He is undergoing treatment at a hospital. We will act against him after he recovers and further investigation is conducted,” he said.
