Ludhiana: Two brothers assaulted after spat in gym
The FIR has been lodged on the statement of Ansh Wadhawan, 20, of Basant Avenue Extension – 4 of Dugri. Wadhawan said that he had a spat with the accused in the gym over his turn of exercise on specific equipment. When he came out of the gym with his brother Pratham Wadhawan, the accused opened an attack on them. After they raised the alarm, the accused escaped.
Following a spat in the gym, three persons along with their 10 aides assaulted two brothers in Dugri the moment they stepped out. The Dugri police lodged an FIR against the accused on Tuesday.
The accused have been identified as Sabi of Lohara, Japandeep Singh and Balpreet Singh, while their 10 aides are yet to be identified.

Assistant sub-inspector Balkar Singh said a case under Sections 341 (wrongful restraint), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 506 ( criminal intimidation) and 149 (unlawful assembly) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered.
