Sandeep Singh’s counsel seeks more time to reply on brain mapping in sexual harassment case
After the application was filed in the court of additional chief judicial magistrate TPS Randhawa earlier this month, the matter was listed on Friday for hearing. The application for the test was filed by the special investigation team (SIT) constituted by the Chandigarh police last week and the matter will be taken up by the court for hearing on March 31.
The counsel for Haryana minister Sandeep Singh have sought time from the court for filing a reply to the application filed by Chandigarh police to conduct his brain mapping in the sexual harassment case filed by a junior athletics coach. The matter has now been adjourned till April 13.

Chandigarh police registered a case against Sandeep Singh, who holds the charge of the printing and stationery department, under Sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 354A (sexual harassment), 354-B (assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to disrobe), 342 (wrongful confinement) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of Indian Penal Code on December 31, 2022.
