OSCAR Security and Fire Service had encashed the INR35 lakh bank guarantee submitted with CITCO on a fake document, and had also caused a loss of INR67 lakh to the corporation. In January 2022, officials were directed to forfeit the bank guarantee of INR35 lakh, but the officials did not act.
