Sood also shared a video of the policeman being felicitated by his colleagues.
Top cop Alok Kumar also said that the policeman has been sanctioned a leave for him to attend the rituals. “Staying with family in the moments of grief is more important. After cremating his mother , he voluntarily resumed duty. Proud of his sincerity and sense of duty. He has been sanctioned leave in order to enable him to attend the rituals,” he shared.
