India inflation to be near zero in FY10- adviser

India's wholesale price inflation is expected to be between 2 per cent and minus 2 per cent in the fiscal year to March 2010 according to chief economic adviser, Arvind Virmani.

India's wholesale price inflation is expected to be between 2 per cent and minus 2 per cent in the fiscal year to March 2010, chief economic adviser Arvind Virmani said on Friday.

On Thursday, data showed the wholesale price index rose 0.27 per cent in the 12 months to March 14, below the previous week's annual rise of 0.44 per cent.
