Celebrity crushes: Teachers who make our heart skip a beat

Though we all love our teachers but there are some who can make us skip our heartbeats, force us to attend boring lectures because they are not teachers but teachers on whom we have a crush.

Pollywood actor Harish Verma, who rose to fame from his movie ‘Yaar Anmulle’ is as lively as his character in the movie. Talking frankly about his school days, he said "Our Social Studies teacher was so beautiful that every boy had a crush on her when they were in Class 8." Also, he said, "I had a Hindi teacher whose daughter was my age. She was really very cute. I used to carry a hand videogame to school which the teacher confiscated from me and I was really happy thinking that her daughter would now play with my videogame."

Meanwhile, another Punjabi actor Mandy Takhar used to have a crush on her primary school Irish teacher. She said, "I was about 10 years old then. Whenever he would enter the class, I would go all pink, blushing. I actually cried a lot when I had to leave the school." The actor further said that otherwise she was a tomboy and would end up fighting with boys of her class a lot of times.

Whereas, 94.3 MyFM RJ Gagan Bhatia better known as Golmaal Gagan not only had a crush on one of his computer teachers during his college days in Delhi but went ahead and confessed it too. Gagan recalls, “I kept thinking about her for days. I just wanted to be with her. So, one fine day, I told her about my feelings. Though she declined to respond but for me she will always remain special.”

Though Gagan’s proposal was rejected but RJ Meenakashi who jockeys popular show Salaam Chandigarh had to change her school all because the teacher had come to know about the crush ." I told about it to my father. He just went ahead and told him!"He was worried that I might get distracted.From that day onwards, my English teacher whom I had a crush started treating me like his sister. I was heartbroken to an extent that I could hardly concentrate on the lessons. I was good student but my grades kept falling."
