Workaholic in the making? Harshvardhan goes to work on his birthday

Usually Bollywood actors do not take the day off on their birthdays due to their hectic schedules. Sonam Kapoor’s brother, Harshvardhan Kapoor, whose birthday was yesterday (November 9), is busy shooting for his second film, Bhavesh Joshi, which is being directed by Vikramaditya Motwane. He is also learning taekwondo for his character.

Harshvardhan, however, says he did not mind working on his birthday. “I am not a big fan of birthdays. Nor am I fond of large crowds. I prefer an intimate, quiet time. So I don’t really celebrate my birthday,” he says.

The actor adds that his next movie is shaping up well. “The first schedule is still incomplete. We will do some cool stuff for the second schedule, which we will begin shooting for soon. We will wrap up the film by the end of January,” he says.
