This is the third time after Shootout at Lokhandwala (2007) and Rakht Charitra (2010) that Oberoi will play a gangster on screen.
“Dialogues and voice tone can make a huge difference for characters we play. I will try to differentiate myself in this film from the characters I have played so far,” he says.
A source close to the project tells us, “This is a genre that audiences love seeing Vivek in, and he’s going all out to get under the skin of his character. From adopting a challenging fitness regime and disciplined diet, he is also training in voice modulation and accent since Rai is known for his infamous intimidating south-Indian accent.”
