Pahlaj Nihalani, who heads the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), was criticised recently when the trailer of Manoj Bajpayee-starrer Aligarh got a U certificate, and for giving The Jungle Book a U/A certificate on the grounds that the 3D version of children’s film was too ‘scary’ for kids.
