Long-lost good friends Huma Qureshi and Vidya Balan rekindle friendship

It is usually assumed that two Bollywood heroines cannot be good friends with each other. But many in B-town challenge this notion, including Huma Qureshi and Vidya Balan .

Apparently, the two actors had a quick meet-and-greet when work commitments brought them to the same venue in suburban Mumbai.

“While Huma was at a studio in Andheri (E) for a meeting, Vidya had come for the promotions of her next movie, Kahaani 2. When Huma learnt that Vidya was there as well, she decided to meet her,” says a source, adding, “The two met like long-lost friends. They were seen chatting and enjoying each other’s company. They even clicked pictures together. They have been friends for a while now.”

According to the source, the two actors also agreed that they need to catch up more often, and in leisure. Huma and Vidya are known for choosing unconventional characters quite early in their acting careers.

We tried contacting the two actors but they remained unavailable for comments.
