Actor Deepika Padukone has wrapped up the first shooting schedule of her next, Chhapaak and is spending quality time in the company of her loved ones. The actor shared a selfie with husband Ranveer Singh and sister Anisha Padukone on her Instagram account and captioned it, “cuddles & snuggles! smashed in the middle! Ranveer Singh Anisha Padukone.”

She can be seen sandwiched between the two as they share a light moment. The picture was enough to invite interesting reactions from her fans and friends. While Huma Qureshi reacted with multiple fire emojis, Evelyn Sharma wrote, “Awwww” in the comments section.
Deepika had earlier shared a behind-the-scene picture from a cosmetic commercial to which Ranveer had replied, “killin me”

Ranveer and Deepika occasionally share their loved-up pictures on the social media and drop interesting comments on each other’s posts. Recently, pictures of the couple from a wedding in Mumbai surfaced online. While Deepika had attended the event in a white sari, Ranveer was a contrast in black. A picture of Ranveer holding Deepika’s heels at the wedding had also gone viral on the web.
Deepika will now be seen as an acid attack survivor named Malti in Chhapaak. The film is her debut production and is based on the life of the real acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal from Delhi. Being directed by Meghna Gulzar, Chhapaak also stars Vikrant Massey as the male lead.
A few days before, a video of Deepika and Vikrant’s kissing scene had gone viral on the internet. The two can be seen romancing each other on the terrace in the video. The film is scheduled to release on January 10, 2020.

Meanwhile, Ranveer is busy with the shooting of ‘83 and has just returned from Dharamshala where he was training for the film with cricket stalwarts like Kapil Dev and Mohinder Amarnath. The actor plays the role of Kapil in the film, which tells the story of India’s first cricket World Cup win in 1983.
