U.P. school teachers to be trained, tested before giving career guidance to students
Teachers in government-run and government-aided schools in Uttar Pradesh will be trained to guide students on their career paths. The online training program, developed by the state project office of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan and UNICEF, will be available from February 5. Principals and nodal officers must obtain a minimum of 85% marks in a self-assessment after completing the five-module course. Certificates will be issued to those who complete the training. Prayagraj women show more interest than men in voter registration
Ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, Prayagraj has seen an increase of 65,579 voters, with the number of women voters rising in every assembly constituency. The new voter list shows a maximum increase of 13,207 voters in Karachhana and a minimum increase of 655 voters in Phaphamau. The number of transgender voters has decreased from 644 to 619.
