Gang involved in stealing fuel from tankers busted

Gang members would steal a portion of fuel and replace it with similar-looking chemicals; the stolen diesel/petrol was then sold at discounted prices in rural areas: DCP

UPSRTC conductor crunch stalls 2,600 buses

To address the shortfall, UPSRTC has reopened its “Mritak Ashrit Scheme” after a nine-year pause. Under this scheme, 1,145 dependents of deceased employees will be appointed as conductors and 20 as drivers.

In total, UPSRTC is aiming to integrate close to 10,000 contractual conductors through a mix of in-house schemes and third-party agency support. (Sourced)

GSEB Gujarat board Class 12 General Stream result declared, 93.07% students pass

GSEB 12th Results 2025: In the General stream, 3,64,485 regular students had registered, of whom 3,62,506 appeared and 3,37,387 passed.

GSEB Result 2025: 83.51% pass Gujarat 12th science exam; GUJCET results out too
