Inside Virat Kohli’s daily diet routine

Virat Kohli is known for his top-level fitness on and off the field.

As an athlete, Kohli is always particular about what he eats to stay in shape.

In an interview, he opened up about avoiding deep-fried food or dishes with ‘masala’ and eating only steamed or boiled dishes.

He eats food with just salt, pepper, and lime- no extra spices.

90% of his meals are cooked without oil or spice.

Kohli enjoys salads with dressing and pan-grilled food in olive oil.

He doesn’t eat curries but does enjoy plain dal, rajma, and lobia.

He says, once you know what your body needs, repeat it daily.
