Tips To Reduce Muscle Cramps After Exercise

Muscle cramps after exercising can be painful and hard to deal with. Here are some tips to reduce muscle cramps

Take Epsom salt bath

Take hot water bath by mixing some Epsom salt in the water to get relief from pain and to reduce soreness

Stay Hydrated

Drink an adequate amount of water every day as it is essential to stay hydrated for the muscle to repair and recover

Foam rolling

A foam roller is effective in providing relief from muscle cramps and spasms. It allows you to massage your muscles and helps reduce the soreness

Warm-up

Before beginning your exercise routine, make sure to warm up for 10 to 15 minutes to loosen tight muscles, reduce cramps and to prevent injury

Be consistent

Make sure to be consistent with your exercise routine as it loosens up tight muscles and reduces pain. Avoid overdoing exercises and take enough rests in between
