Drink lots of water

Drink lots of water as it flushes out toxins from the body and helps dilute urine, thereby preventing urinary tract infections (UTI)

Wear skin-friendly fabrics like cotton as they allow air to pass through and keeps your crotch area dry. Many synthetic fabrics may trap moisture that can cause infections
