Take a metal pot and add 300 ml of cold milk into it. Add 1 tbsp of corn flour and stir the mixture thoroughly for 2 minutes

After mixing corn flour with milk, heat the milk on low flame and keep stirring until the consistency is thick

Do not heat the milk before adding the corn flour as it can cause lumps in the milk and the mixture will not be consistent

Add 1 cup sugar to the mixture and keep stirring until the sugar is mixed properly. Keep the mixture aside to cool down

Take a blending jar and add 1 cup of fresh cream to the jar for soft and creamy ice cream

Pour the milk and corn flour mixture into the jar and add 1/2 tbsp of vanilla essence for flavour

Blend the ingredients thoroughly for 1 minute and pour the mixture into a container

Seal the mouth of the container with an aluminium foil to prevent the formation of ice on top of the ice cream. Cover the container using its lid and refrigerate it inside the freezer for 8 to 9 hours

Take out the container from the fridge and enjoy the vanilla ice cream with your friends and family
