Milk - 1 cup
Vanilla extract
Whip cream - 3-4 cups
Sweetened condensed milk - 400g
Alphonso mangoes- 3 medium size
Ingredients
Rinse 3 medium sized alphonso mangoes and then peel and chop them into small pieces
Take a blender and add the chopped mangoes to it. Out 400 grams or 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and blend it well
Make sure the mixture's consistency is smooth with no chunks and pieces of mangoes remaining
Take a large bowl and add 4 cups of chilled whipped cream. You can also use heavy cream and whip it using an electric beater
After whipping the cream thoroughly add the mango and condensed milk mixture to the bowl
Add 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract and whip the mixture using an electric blender on low speed
Taste the mixture after blending to adjust the sweetness and add 2 to 3 tbsp of milk
Spread the mixture evenly in another bowl using a spatula and seal the bowl tightly using aluminium foil or cling wrap
Keep the bowl in the freezer and refrigerate for 6 to 7 hours or overnight. Use a scoop to serve the ice cream and enjoy
