Warmup

It is important to warmup before beginning your workout session. Warming up helps loosen stiff muscles, stimulates blood circulation and prevents muscle injury

Increase the speed gradually

Avoid exerting a sudden pressure on your body with vigorous exercises like running, skipping and weight lifting as they can harm your cardiovascular health

Instead, increase the speed of your workout slowly so that your body gets enough time to adapt to your exercise routine. Start with lighter weights and increase the weight gradually

Consult a trainer

Most gyms have trainers who can help you with your workout. A trainer can also suggest you an accurate exercise routine according to your fitness and physique

Use equipments carefully

Avoid using gym equipments without knowing how they function as using them the wrong way can cause muscle injury. Observe others and talk to a trainer before using new equipments

Cool down

It is essential to take enough breaks in between exercises, especially when you change equipment sets. Give some time to your body to relax and cool down
