5 fat-burning exercises to reduce hip fat

Exercising regularly can help burn fat and tone your muscles. Here are some fat-burning exercises for reducing hip fat that you can add to your workout routine. 

Squats

Squats are excellent for toning your hip and glute muscles. You can practice jump, wide-legged, and wall squats to reduce hip fat.

Lunges
