PM Modi's visit to Ayodhya: Key highlights

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh on December 30 and laid the foundation stone of 46 developmental projects worth 15,700 crore. 

Here are the key highlights from the Prime Minister's visit to Ayodhya.

PM Modi inaugurated the revamped Ayodhya Dham Junction railway station after concluding a roadshow in Ayodhya. 

The Prime Minister flagged off six Vande Bharat and two Amrit Bharat trains from Ayodhya Dham Junction railway station. 

PM Modi went to the house of the 10 croreth Ujwalla beneficiary.

He headed to Lata Mangeshkar Chowk in Ayodhya and then visited Maharishi Valmiki International Airport.

He inaugurated the Maharishi Valmiki International Airport and launched 46 developmental projects worth 15,700 crore in Ayodhya.

Ayodhya is preparing for the opening of the Ram Temple following a seven-day-long consecration ceremony beginning January 16, 2024.
