Anant Ambani’s inspiring 170 km padyatra from Jamnagar to Dwarka: 8 pics

Padayatras have been a part of India’s heritage for centuries. Anant Ambani has embarked on one of his own.

Anant Ambani started his 170 km padyatra from his hometown, Jamnagar, on March 29.

He has been covering about 20 kilometres daily, walking for about seven hours each night.

He will complete his journey on April 8, a day before his 30th birthday, by arriving in the holy city of Dwarka.

Along the way, he encountered different people who walked with him, gifted him pictures of Lord Dwarkadhish, and even took pictures with him.

Despite battling Cushing’s Syndrome, asthma, and lung disease, Anant is committed to his spiritual path.

He recites Hanuman Chalisa, Sundarkand, and Devi Stotra while walking towards Dwarka.

While upholding spiritual traditions, Anant also spearheads key business initiatives, including energy ventures and the Vantara animal sanctuary.
