Try viral cucumber salad trend: Shake, serve and savour in minutes
Ingredients: 2 cucumbers, 1 onion, fresh coriander leaves, 2-3 garlic cloves, curd, salt, chilli flakes, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, and oil.

Wash and chop the cucumbers and onion into bite-sized pieces.

Finely chop or mince the garlic cloves.

In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped cucumbers, onions, minced garlic, and fresh coriander leaves.

Add curd, salt, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, and a drizzle of oil to the bowl.

Cover the bowl or use a "dabba" (container) with a lid, and shake well until all ingredients are combined.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added flavour. Enjoy immediately as a refreshing salad or side dish.
