Try this Sabudana  Thalipeeth recipe during Navratri 2024

Ingredients: 2 cups of Sabuana,1 potatoes, 1/2 teaspoon sumin powder,4 tablespoon peanuts, lemon juice, coriander leaves, sugar, rock salt, ghee.

Thoroughly wash sabudana and let it soak overnight. Stain next morning and check by pressing a sabudana pearl between your fingers. 

Roast peanuts in a pan. Put them in blender and grind into a coarse powder. Set aside.

Wash potatoes and boil them. After boiling, peel them carefully and mash the soft potatoes. 

To the mashed potatoes, add soaked sabudana, cumin powder, roast peanut powder, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, rock salt and sugar.  Mix properly and make a dough, and roll flat balls from it.

Flatten the sabudana balls. Brush oil on both sides. 

Grease the pan with ghee and cook until both the sides turn golden-brown and crispy.

Serve sabudana thalipeeth hot with curd or chutney of choice.
