Try this sabudana khichdi recipe during Navratri 2024

Ingredients:  1 cup sabudana, 2 potatoes, 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts, 8-10 curry leaves, 1 green chilli, 1 teaspoon cumin, Lemon juice, Coriander, Rock salt, Sugar

Properly wash sabudana. Let them soak overnight to soften. Then strain the water next day.

Next, boil the potatoes. Carefully peel them and cut into small cubes.

Take peanuts and roast them well. Remove the skin and put them in blender and grind into a course powder. And then mix this powder with the soaked sabudana properly. Add rock salt and sugar to it.

In a pan, take ghee and add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and chopped green chilli. Then add the potato cubes and sabudana-roasted peanut mixture. Mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Garnish with lemon juice and fresh coriander to boost the flavours.
