Try this healthy, nutrient-packed zucchini bread for a delicious twist

Who said veggies can’t be fun? This healthy zucchini bread recipe sneaks in goodness while delivering a luscious, chocolatey treat your taste buds will love.

Ingredients: 1 medium zucchini, shredded (1 heaping cup), 2 eggs, 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 cup almond flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

1 tsp baking soda, Pinch of salt, 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate

Method: Heat oven to 350. Line 8x4 baking tin with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients until well combined.

Then add in dry ingredients and mix. Fold in chocolate. Pour into pan and top with more chocolate.
