Tips For Stronger And Healthy Gums

Here are some tips that can help you keep your gums healthy and strong

Brush your teeth twice a day

Regularly brush your teeth in the morning and evening. Use a soft or medium bristle toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste

Floss once a week

Make sure you floss at least once a day, as it can remove food and plaque from between your teeth that may have been missed while brushing

Stay hydrated

Drink 7-8 glasses of water daily to maintain the ideal amount of saliva in your mouth as food particles are moved through the mouth by saliva

Avoid smoking

Avoid smoking as it affects the immune system and makes it more challenging to fight gum infection

Calcium rich foods

Dairy products and calcium-rich foods are good for your teeth
