A Navratra-friendly no-onion, no-garlic treat
Recipe: Kaddu Ki Sabzi
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and fennel seeds, and let them splutter.
Add green chilies and grated ginger, sauté for a minute.
Add the pumpkin cubes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and rock salt. Stir well to coat the pumpkin with the spices.
Cover and cook on low heat until the pumpkin is tender, stirring occasionally.
