Get proper sleep

To work overnight without falling asleep or feeling drowsy, one must get an adequate amount of sleep during the day. This will help you stay focused and prevent you from falling ill

Maintain a proper diet

Include nuts, healthy fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid having a heavy meal for dinner as it can make you feel sleepy and lead to digestive issues

 Eat healthy snacks

If you feel hungry during your shift, avoid having unhealthy food and eat healthy snacks such as nuts and chopped fruits as they can aid digestion and keep you satiated

Take enough breaks

It is important to take breaks in between to reduce stress, often led by work pressure and unusually increased screen time at night. Have coffee and do some stretching to relax your muscles

Follow a proper routine
