Cinnamon water and honey

Mix honey and cinnamon powder in boiling water. It helps prevent common colds and bladder infections and boosts immunity. 

Lemon water and chia seeds

Soak chia seeds in water and keep it overnight. Strain the water into a glass and squeeze half a lemon into it. It helps in improving bowel movements and reducing bloating

Amla juice
