10 guidelines to stay healthy during Ramadan by WHO

Muslims across the world are celebrating Ramadan, fasting from dawn until sunset. Here are some guidelines issued by the World Health Organisation (WHO) to stay healthy during the auspicious month.

"Eat a balanced diet and drink enough water."
