Narendra Modi oath ceremony: 5 key details to know

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to take oath for his third term on June 9, 2024 at the Rashtrapati Bhavan's Forecourt. 

Here is a look at the key details of PM Modi's swearing-in ceremony. 

Security measures have been deployed, including three-layered security inside and outside Rashtrapati Bhawan. 

Global leaders including Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremasinghe and Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay, among others will be attending the event.

Enhanced security protocols have been put in place at the designated hotels where these foreign guests will stay during their visit to New Delhi.

Delhi Police has issued an advisory announcing a ‘No-Fly Zone’ over the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi from June 9 till June 10.

Apart from foreign dignitaries, religious leaders, prominent lawyers, doctors, artists, influencers, and Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri awardees are also part of the guest list for the event.
