NISAR

NISAR is a joint mission between NASA and ISRO which involves the launch of a synthetic aperture radar satellite. The data collected will help provide an understanding of Earth’s ecosystems and natural hazards including earthquakes, tsunamis and landslides.

Gaganyaan 1

It is a collaborative mission between ISRO and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL). Scheduled to launch between January and February 2024, Gaganyaan will be a test flight for India's manned space mission, set to carry three crew members.

Mangalyaan-2 (MOM 2)

Mangalyaan-2, also known as Mars Orbiter Mission 2 is ISRO's second mission to planet Mars. It aims to study the planet's surface, atmosphere, and climatic conditions.

Shukrayaan-1 (Venus Orbiter Mission)

ISRO will launch a spacecraft to Venus for the first time, which will orbit the planet for five years. The data collected will be used to study the planet's atmosphere.

X-ray Polarimeter Satellite

This satellite will be launched into the orbit in the first half of 2024 with the objective of studying the polarisation of cosmic X-rays. The satellite will be operational in orbit for at least five years.
