How To Register Online For IELTS Exam

You can register yourself for the IELTS examination only through the International Development Program (IDP) in India

Here is a basic guide to register yourself online for your IELTS exam

Log on to the IELTS India website that is https://www.ieltsidpindia.com/

Go to ‘Register for IELTS’ and select your test type (Academic/General or other type of test that you want to give)

Then select your preferred test – computer-delivered IELTS/ paper-based (IELTS, IELTS for UKVI or Life Skills)

Fill out your preferred test location (city) and click on ‘Book Now’

Now select your preferred date and time slot from the list of dates available and click on ‘Book Now’

Fill out the online registration form, agree to the terms and conditions and click on ‘Proceed’

You will then be asked to upload a clear coloured copy of your passport

Proceed to pay the test fee. You will receive an acknowledgment email and message once your test is booked
