Madhya Pradesh will elect legislators for 230, Rajasthan for 200, Telangana for 119, Chhattisgarh for 90 and Mizoram for 40 constituencies

ECI Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar presented a brief overview of electors in a press conference. He said that around 16 crore electors will vote in the poll-bound states, which is 1/6th of the total electors in the country

He added that around 60 lakh first-time voters will be able to participate in the assembly elections scheduled to take place in the five states
