10 stellar images of space captured by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope

NASA's Hubble Space Telescope frequently shares spectacular and stellar images of space that are worth exploring. Here are some of them.

This stunning image features a beautiful view of a nearby star-forming region, NGC 1333. The nebula is situated in the Perseus molecular cloud, approximately 960 light-years away from Earth.

This gorgeous image is of a close-knit collection of five galaxies, called the Hickson Compact Group 40. It consists of three spiral-shaped galaxies, an elliptical galaxy, and a lenticular galaxy.

Captured by NASA's Hubble telescope, this splendid image of NGC 6302, known as the Butterfly Nebula, shows technicolour wings formed from gas and dust.

This beautiful image shows the majestic spiral galaxy UGC 2885, located about 232 million light-years away from Earth in the northern constellation Perseus. This galaxy is 2.5 times wider than our Milky Way galaxy.

This amazing image is of a star system Arp-Madore, created by the collision of two galaxies. The collision pulled and stretched the galaxies' disks of dust, gas, and stars outward.

This spectacular image is a composite image of a spiral galaxy, NGC 4258, located about 20 million light-years away from Earth in the constellation Canes Venatici.

This colourful and surreal image is of the Lagoon Nebula, a vast stellar nursery located 4,000 light-years away from Earth. It shows a giant star, called Herschel 36 shining bright in the center.

This marvellous image is of a cosmic, double-bladed lightsaber inside the turbulent Orion B molecular cloud complex, where new stars are born. It is situated at least 1,350 light-years away from Earth.

This astounding image is of the pillars of dust and gas formed in M16, the Eagle Nebula. It is situated 6,500 light-years away from Earth in the constellation Serpens.

Here's a captivating image of a group of interacting galaxies called Arp 273. The spiral galaxies known as UGC 1810 make a rose-like shape above a companion galaxy, UGC 1813.
