10 spectacular images of space shared by NASA

The US space agency NASA frequently shares spectacular images of moons, cosmos and nebula. Here are some of them.

This stunning image is of a cosmic reef 163,000 light-years from Earth in the constellation Dorado. These nebulae are found in the Large Magellanic Cloud, a satellite galaxy of the Milky Way full of stars.

This dazzling image shared by NASA shows 22 months of X-ray data recorded by NASA's Neutron star Interior Composition Explorer (NICER) payload aboard the International Space Station.

This stunning image of the Pillars of Creation was captured by NASA's James Webb Space Telescope's near-infrared light. The pillars are a part of an active star-forming region within the Eagle Nebula.

This astounding image is of HP Tau, located 550 light-years from Earth. It is the youngest star in a three-star system. This star is in the process of turning into a star like our Sun.

This breathtaking image is of a massive spiral galaxy, lying around 50 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Virgo. This stunning image was captured by NASA's James Webb Space Telescope.

This majestic image of our Milky Way galaxy was created from the data obtained from NASA's Hubble Space Telescope, Chandra X-ray Observatory and Spitzer Space Telescopes.

Take a look at this closeup image of Jupiter's moon Europa, captured by NASA's Juno spacecraft as it flew 945 miles above the icy surface of the moon.

This breathtaking image is of the northern pole of the Moon with the lower-left half illuminated and the other half shadowed. This image was captured by NASA's Galileo spacecraft.

This surreal image is of a cosmic keyhole located inside the Orion constellation, around 1,350 light-years from Earth. This cotton candy-like nebula is composed of debris from the birth of a new star, Orionis.

This splendid image is of V838 Mon, lying about 20,000 light-years away toward the constellation of the unicorn. It was captured by NASA's Hubble Space telescope.
