Chandra X-ray Observatory is among the world's most powerful X-ray telescopes. Here is a look at 10 breathtaking images captured by NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory. 

This captivating image shows the nebula RC-120 emitting an expanding bubble of hydrogen gas. 

This stunning image captures the supernova remnant E0519 which was created after a massive star exploded about 160,000 light-years away from Earth in the Large Magellanic Cloud. 

This composite image was created by NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory, Hubble Space and Spitzer Space Telescopes. It features the Whirlpool Galaxy, one of the brightest spiral galaxies in space.
