UNICEF's 5 tips to students to take care of their mental health
Mental health has become a peak crisis for all age groups. Young students are also having mental breakdowns, depression and whatnot. United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund, UNICEF has shared 5 tips for students to take care of their mental health.

Talk to someone: It is very important to talk to someone in a time of need. It can be someone you trust, a parent or guardian, a close friend or your teacher. Tell them about your troubles, and don’t hesitate or be afraid to ask for help.
Take time out for yourself: Children, it's important for you also to take time out for yourself. Activities like exercising, reading, writing, and going for a long walk – make some of these your daily habits.

Tune out for a while: Keep yourself away from negative news, social media, watching dark or depressing series or movies, reading other people’s opinion etc as it takes a heavy toll on your mental health.

Do something kind: Make a point to help people whenever they need it. It gives a sense of happiness and makes you feel good about it.

Take care of your body: To take care of your mental health, you must also take care of your body. Eat healthy, exercise, take a break, and get good sleep to make yourself mentally and physically stronger.
