1. Could you tell me about yourself and describe your background in brief?  This question means that the interviewers want to know about you. Make your story great for passing the question. 

2. How did you hear about this position? With this question, the interviewer will judge your intensity of finding a job. 

3. What type of work environment do you prefer? Do your research well for this question. Your answer should closely align with the company’s workplace culture. 

4. How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations? The employer wants to know whether you melt down when pressure becomes intense or can stay calm under pressure. 

5. Do you prefer working independently or on a team? This question means that you are a team player or not. 

6. When you’re balancing multiple projects, how do you keep yourself organized? Employers want to understand how you use your time and energy to stay productive and efficient.

7. What did you do in the last year to improve your knowledge? The interviewer wants to know how you use your time- productively or unproductively. 

8. What are your salary expectations? Do your intense research on what salary the industries are offering for that specific role you have applied for. 

9. Are you applying for other jobs? Interviewers want to know if you’re genuinely interested in this position or if it’s just one of your many options.
